Why Does My Account Appear Inactive After Logging In?

There are several reasons an account may be deactivated — unverified email, pending KYC documents, extended inactivity, or a security-related suspension. Contact the support team and they'll get it sorted quickly.

How long before an inactive session is automatically logged out?

For your security, rg999 automatically logs you out after 30 minutes of inactivity. Enabling the "Remember Me" option makes it easy to sign back in next time. Do not use this option on public devices.
